I would start by going to this website http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/index.htm. If you don’t find the answers you’re looking for on the site, you will find a phone number to call them direct. I’m sure they can assist you with your situation. Another suggestion would be contact the financial aid offices of the colleges you can attend. They should definately be able to get you set up with all the information/forms you need. You may want to check with the base you’re stationed at as well, as some military branches have financial assistance programs for military dependant’s education. Good Luck!

It is very hard for you to get financial aid considering where you are located. However, you can apply through FAFSA and get some aid there. If money is a real issue, I recommend that you try to enroll in junior colleges. You will save a lot of money that way. If you are thinking about staying in Germany (great country) for your studies consider doing an online class or two. They are of great convenience and I highly recommend it!
