“Hud” could be “hold”.

“Ye” is “you” in Scotland.

So “bam” is likely a reference to yourself.

A “bam” in Scotland means “bampot”, but is something used in a light-hearted sense for being daft / an idiot.

Translated it could be “hold it a moment you dafty!”

I am not aware about the sentence, but BAM(Business Activity Monitoring) is the ability to automatically monitor events associated with specific activities in an executing business process. BAM is a business solution supported by an advanced technical infrastructure that enables rapid insight into new business strategies, the reduction of operating cost by real-time identification of issues and improved process performance.

In Glaswegian (a Scottish dialect) HUD’ is someone that is untidy or scruffy, Bam, shortened word for crazy OR the scum on fermenting whiskey. Or it could just mean`Could I cuddle your bottom? Or, you’re a scruffy bum, Or, you’re a scummy scruffy crazy bam pot of a bum!

I don’t know exactly what it means, but from speculation it may be some sort of a gesture like, “What a great day” or “Life is great” or something.
