which college?
okay i am a senior at highschool and want to pursue a career in LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE and i have narrowed down my top college choices to 4:
which ones you’d suggest?
if you go to any of these is the architecture program good?
basically what do you think on each of them??
Cal Poly SLO
Cal Poly Pomona
UC Berkeley
UC Davis

Cal Poly SLO is known for their major. Their Architecture program I think ranks up in the top 10 nationwide. I don’t think and of the other schools are even in the top 10.
I would recommend Cal Poly Slo
other than that, I’d say go with the UC’s after that, just because even though they probably aren’t as strong as Cal Poly Slo you’ll have the UC name on your resume and that always looks good. How ever I doubt they’ll offer anything worth while, you’ll probably have to end up going to grad school, because UC’s are built so that they prepare you for grad schools, and the cal states like cal poly’s prepare you to enter the field straight out of college. They’re more technical.

First of all, I’d apply to all of them and see which ones you get into. Then I would see who gives you the most money. THEN I would visit overnight at each one to get a feel for the campus and the other students.
