Course material is sent ordinarily sent by couriers – so you receive books etc in paper form. Some courses have DVD ROMS, CD’s etc, but again all sent via the post system. There are online tutorials and some courses allow for TMAs (essays) to be sent online to your tutors. Some of the ‘Open Learn’ courses (that are free online modules) are obviously availlable on line.
