what should i become?
I was aiming for engineering in my country but when I came to the US, some people said I should change to Pharmacy.
I’m good at both of them but I am confused on which to choose.
Please help me.

Which one sounds more interesting to you? Engineering holds a lot more options as to what kind of jobs you can get. But if you enjoy the idea of pharmacy more, do that. I can’t tell you what you should do. Just follow your heart!

Everyone is doing Pharmacy where I live… If you wanted to do engineering, do that. There are sooooo many options and opportunities for people with engineering degrees now… I’m even considering switching over just for the benefits!
But most importantly, do what you WANT to do, not what makes “most sense” – because the only thing that really makes sense in life is doing what you enjoy.

Pharmacists seem to always be in demand, but it is not a very challenging profession…pretty rote when it comes right down to it. It does pay well. Engineering is typically a more mentally challenging position that pays less to start than a pharmacist, but will often have the possibility of advancement into management and higher earning levels.

If you could succeed at any one thing, just one thing.. what would it be.. thats what you should be aiming for….Decisions is what life is about— You can be both if you really love them equally, but that is if the balance is equal… if not pick one that way you can be twice as good in that field. Believe me you can be both—there is this guy at rutgers I met, and he is becoming both a Doctor and a Lawyer at the same time. I guess he just loves them both. But if he were just one, he could focus on that one field and do better.

dont listen to people you make your own decision and get to pick what you want to be. Also, pick something that you enjoy because then your going to be stuck with a job you dont like and your going to regret it.
