what kind of college courses would i have to take to care for zoo animals? (maintainence wise not medically)?
i really like monkeys and giraffes, and elephants. the more african safari type animals but i dont know what couses to take to accomplish that. i dont want to care for them in a medical sense. just general maintainence and care. what would this field be called?

a vet tech. a lot of zoos hire people with experience and desire but no education. I would take biology, zoology and some animal science courses.
