What does a college look for in a typical applicant?
i have had good grades, i have been active in some clubs, and got academic awards but i haven’t done any community service or do any sports… and i also dont’ have a job. Can i still make it into college… lets say Uni of Cinci, or OSU

You probably have a great chance if your grades are high enough. They (colleges) like activities: sports, service, scouting, etc., but if you are in clubs that helps. Maybe try to get a small job or do something that shows responsibility. Good luck.
