No, there aren’t different types of radiologists. You don’t only look at bones, you also look at flesh and tissue parts and look at a things from a microscopic level too.
Yes, you make $200,000 but first you have to go to undergrad (4 years), medical school and hospital rotations (4 years), and then 3-5 years of radiology residency before you can become a radiologist.
Radiology also involves a heavy load of physics too.
