It seems these days, it seems the harder you work and the dirtier your job, the less you’re paid. So if you degree-up; you’ll probably have a better quality of life than most people. And also, oddly enough, people tend to promote and enable mediocrity in the workplace because upper-ups don’t want to be out-done or to be shown up for being idiots themselves… so if you manage to get into a corporate environment, you don’t have to try too hard, as long as you’re affable and you get along with the honchos… I can’t think of a specific career path… there are some that require long hours and obsessive behaviour (attorneys in some cases… doctors–lucrative but requires much work and time…) … I’m thinking management… corporate something-or-other… a business owner–you can hire managers to do the work and you can go golfing… You can be someone who sits around making powerpoint presentations and using buzzwords? Teaching at a university or college… pilots, yes, but you are taking on a huge responsibility wiht that one.. hundreds of lives a day… If you’re academic you have lots of choices. How about something where you can decide your own hours… therapist, psychiatrist?

I do agree with the poster about Nursing is good money compared to teaching, but come on. Is it really less work? I don’t think so. Less education requirements yes, but the education is the easy part! Go sit in an ER for a few hours and see what a nurse has to deal with. You think 6th graders are difficult….. HA

Anyways, I do still recommend Nursing. It is a very rewarding field and you can do many different things with it. It can be hard and stressful work at times, but hard work is good for the soul.

Nothing is really EASY, but i would suggest that economics, accounting and finance are easier than engineering and the hard sciences, and you start at about the same pay.

Typical American question. No work, but lots of money. Get realistic. All of us have to pay our dues. Unless you are born to money the only way you will probably get it is by working hard. Of course, if you know somebody that helps. I think it is time for you to grow up and face the true facts of life. This country will die if we have too many people with attitudes like yours. Me a man, step and take your knocks.

It jobs r most easy now a days….they offer a lot of advantages as well as decent pays…u get free net,AC room ,ur own car,laptop and good pay….
