Does anyone know if UT Austin’s application for freshmen entering in fall of 2008 is available yet? And if it is, where do I find it?

I believe they are taking applications now.. not entirely sure though. I do know that deadline for admission for summer/fall semesters is February 1 (2008.. in your case). Here’s their link to explain their admissions process. Good luck!
