To transfer to a UC do they still ask you for your high school transcript?
I want to transfer as a junior. I didn’t do so good in high school, but never got anything lower than a C. If i do good in a community college and transfer, will they still look at my high school record?

Once you attend community college you start with a clean slate. So don’t worry about your high school grades and test scores. UCs will primarily look at 3 things from transfer applicants: GPA, completion of IGETC, completion of major requirements. Other factors are taken into consideration but to a lesser extent.

They get your general transcript, which includes everything, but they only look to a certain level.
USC says they reserve the right to go back to grade 8.
