Second Tier Graduate Schools?
I am trying to look for a list and I can’t find one. I know the top 5 schools for my major but I cant find any information beyond that. Looking into Higher Education also called Educational Leadership for some places.

Be very suspicious of lists ranking academic programs. They are usually based on perceived reputation of the faculty and have nothing to do with the education that students get. There is no research, yet, that looks at program content, teaching, etc. and the only material I have heard (not read) asks about program reputation and prestige. One reason that you cannot find the list that you are looking for is that no journal will publish that kind of thing, especially in a field that understands the limitations of ranking.
ASHE used to have a list of programs, not ranked, NASPA has a list of programs with links and ACPA has the Directory of Graduate Programs that is geared to student affairs and now includes many HE programs also as those two areas are merging. The Directory has information on each program in order to help students make some initial choices. None of this material lists ranks programs. The ACPA Directory has material on how to select a graduate program that should help you to make your decision in a data based way according to the criteria that you think is important.
