San Francisco or San Jose state for a Japanese major?

I’m attending a community college right now and would really would like to decided on a school to transfer to so I can figure out my current classes/requirements ahead of the game. I plan to eventually go to graduate school, etc.. but my main factors for these schools are

1) Offer a Study Abroad program to Waseda University (which I’ve always thought sounded nice)

2) Business Japanese courses – this will come in handy later when I get ready to do grad school and need to start thinking of what kind of interpreting I’d like to do..

other things to keep in mind

1) who has better local transportation around the school?

2) Who has the better campus?

3) Better exposure to international students

…. and anything else you think would round out my question =] both the programs sound good and i just can’t make up my mind!
