Pharmacology is the study of the affects of drugs on the body. Pharmacologist work in drug product development research, drug safety, etc usually in the pharmaceutical industry or in research. Pharmacist are trained to prepare and dispense medication. In their training, pharmacist take pharmacology courses. I don’t have any idea what a pharmacologist makes but pharmacist make approx. $100,000 yearly depending on region and setting.
