Major-Minor-Double MAjor? What 2 DO?
Favorite Answer
As one of the responses said, ask yourself what your plans are. Will your major study bring you closer to fulfilling those plans? Will a second major bring you closer still? Do you have time for this? If all your answers are yes, then I would advice that you go straight to your counselor and ask for guidance. With the counselor’s help, you can map out your studies more efficiently and avoid unnecessary courses.
When you have a major and a minor, you will only graduate with one Bachelor’s degree that states both your major and your minor. Less classes are needed for a minor than for a major, but it’s still a lot of work.
I considered a minor in Marketing (my degree is in Graphic Design), but couldn’t handle the extra courses since my degree already required extra Art courses.
