First i suggest you go to your doctor asap because the longer you wait the less effective the bill may be. However afterwards you should speak with the deam of your school because the morning after pill is NOT an abortion if you are pregnant it has no effect on the pill it only acts if you are NOT preganant by preventing sprem from reaching the egg. So I suggest you gte nmore literature and speak to the dean of your school if he is uncooperative seek legal consult someone may be willing to hear your case and speack with the deam or possibly pursue other legal action to see if they can in fact withhold the pill as they ARE a private institution.

Its a Catholic school and according to church law you should not be having sex outside of marriage- and even in marriage you should not use contraceptives of any type. Can you sue them – NO.
