Is there any way to participate in student exchange program of an university when your university has no ties?
My university doesn’t have ties with other universities for student exchange program.
Is it possible to participate in student exchange program of an university (preferably abroad) ?? If yes what is the criteria and what steps should i take to do it ??
In which year of my graduation will i get this chance and what preparations should i do for it ?? When should I start preparing 4 this ???

The European Community programme in the field of higher education. This site can answer your other very practical questions about program participation and preparation.
2 – Look to see (via Google on internet, or friends and relations) if any of your church/religion or nationality groups offer learning abroad and scholarships for such programs.
