Is there any accredited university one can just test out of?
Anybody aware of an accredited university system that has tapped into that method of degree attainment?

Instead, look into ways to study and focus, and look at schools that are known for giving students a lot of attention and support. Don’t take lecture classes, you are probably better in groups of 20 or less.
This is possible for ADD/ADHD people, some of who are extremely successful.
That said, learning to listen effectively is just one of many skills you need to learn to get by in University. If yout IQ is so high that you can’t listen to a lecture, then well, it’s not helping you very much there, is it? In the real world, you need to listen to others, even if they are boring. You’ll have to practice listening, and maybe take some Riddlin (that stuff is the best for studying too!).
My tip: Don’t take notes!! Try to become absorbed in the lecture, by asking a lot of questions, or at least composing potential questions in your head. Find a way to be interested in what you’re listening to.
However if you are ADD/ADHD try looking at smaller universities and colleges rather than larger ones. Smaller ones tend to have classes (even with gen eds) that are more seminar based than lecture based, so you are having conversations rather than just listening to someone drone on.
You also know your professor more and subsequently the professor tends to be more accommodating. You could easily work with your professor and your ADD/ADHD to make classes work for you.
If you don’t have the attention span for a university, how will you have the attention span for a job? It doesn’t matter how smart you are, you still need to be able to function in the social environment that a brick-and-mortar education prepares you for.
