If you are still in school, your counselor should be helping you in this area.

You are correct, certain colleges do lean more toward Technical, Arts, etc.

If you not still in school, I would suggest Googling the subject along with university

example: Arts Universities or Medical University, CO (you might start out without the state, then add it, put spell it out)
