Is the site http://www.careerplanner.com/ a trustable one, or is it a fraud/scam !!!!!????

I’m currently confused and not entirely sure of what to choose my career field as. While searching on the internet I came across this site which (once you pay it a fee) it gives you a test to do, and based on the test answers it sends a report to you in which it lists a bunch of careers from its 12,000 career database which would best suit you – or so the site says…..

My question, is this site trustable??? or is it some sort of scam, also if someone knows any another TRUSTABLE site offering this type of career test or career counselling, please tell me here as soon as possible, thank you!!!!!
