Why are you so hung up on Stony Brook?
It’s ok. Not especially great or anything. You’re going to be paying out of state tuition. Since it’s going to be an arm and a leg, you might as well go to NYU if you want to be in New York. NYU’s dental school is not high ranked for some strange reason (all the other NYU programs are very high ranked). Very few people know that so if you’re gonna pay all that money, might as well get the better name of NYU.
