Unless you want to teach, or get a masters in art history. Maybe you can work in a gallery or something.

Yes, most jobs unless very technical, or license-oriented, are just looking for a degree, not so much what the degree is in. An art degree won’t get you in as an engineer or a doctor.

But, most anything else it should help you with. What employer would not want to hire an employee who has demonstrated great creativity and the confidence to pursue a less-common major. (business, history and english majors are a dime a dozen)

You could be a high school art teacher. Get your art degree and then go for teaching certification I’m getting a degree in foreign language (spanish) and I’m going to be a high school spanish teacher.

Definitely, but not in art unless you are also trained in marketing, teaching, technical assistance, curation, management, etc. Write a resume, see what you can do, use a search engine to find employment sites and create a profile on one. Then go into their Help Areas to find their Job Support chats and follow their recommendations about creating a job network for yourself.

What kind of art degree is it. Pantomime, Ventriloquist, music theory , art history, need a little more detail.
