You’d have to double major.
Pre med, chemisty, or biology in addition to the architecture.

Yes, you can. Your major does not have to be a science major. In fact, most admission committees prefer applicants who have non-science majors. You will still need to complete the prereq courses, as well as obtain a good score on the MCAT.
