Look on the FBI Human Resources page and see what colleges they recruit at or what recruiting events they attend. That should give you a direction.

You can go to any school. Just do well in all your classes, and major in something that the FBI will need as a skill set (i.e. Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Psychology, Chemistry, etc.)

After you get into your education, write to the FBI Academy in Virginia and let them know that you are interested in working for them. That way you will have your interest known, and they will use their magic to check on your progress.

If you do well in your classes, and have skills that they need for an open position, you will be taken more seriously when you are ready to apply for a job there.
