is it possible for International medical doctors (MD) who got their Usmle Exams and ECFMG Certificate ,can they get accepted to enter a medical school in USA ?

That’s a big MAYBE. Much will depend on where you attended your first two years of school and whether you meet the admission requirements to the school you’d like to transfer to.
Some US schools have a strict No Transfer policy. Many will allow transfers into the third and fourth years since you aren’t occupying a classroom seat. But there aren’t any schools that have an “Open Door” policy for transfers. Each case is judged on its own merit.
If you are a native of the country where you started medical school you stand a good chance of being allowed to transfer. If you are a student who attended an offshore school because you could not get into a US school, much will depend on your grades and Step 1 score.
