im in high school…will taking easy college courses help me get into the college i want to get into?
im considering taking a language course at UNC (thats where i want to go) to satisfy the language requirements at my high school. the course is pretty easy, so i know i can handle it. but the cost to take the courses is kind of too much, so i don’t want to take it unless it will help me get into UNC. do you think it will? should i go ahead and take it?

UNC is selective, but not ridiculously so for in-state residents. If you just do well in the courses in your high school, take a challenging schedule, and get good SAT or ACT scores, you’ll have nothing to worry about. Only take a language course there if it’s a language you really want to learn, and your school doesn’t offer it.
