If I don’t get a good score on the GRE, does that mean I can’t go to Grad school?

Many schools use the GRE in combination with your GPA so it also depends upon your GPA. Some schools prefer the MAT and many don’t require either.

You will need to examine the specific requirements each school that you’re interested in.

You could, of course, retake the GRE. Sometimes it’s a lot easier now that you know how it works.

not necessarily…it depends on how you scored in each section and which grad schools you are applying to…like if you did terribly in the verbal section but well in the math section and you are applying for a science field, then you are good…they will probably take you since math is more relevant to that topic
