i need to write a formal letter help!?

i need to write a formal letter does anyone know where i can find an example online?

also im writing it to a scholarship committee (dont know how to spell it) so do i start it with “to who it may concern” or “dear scholarship committee” or just “scholarship committee”

I don’t have your exact answer but I think you should try to see if your college counselor and/or English teacher can help you because you want that letter to be as perfect as possible. You want to make sure it’s spaced right (single-spaced, I think), the date is in the right place, etc. If you can get someone to help you work on it or get a few people to check it for you before you send it in, that would be best.
