I messed up my second year of uni know i’m retaking the subject and i will be capped at 40 percent event thoug
Im retaking the subjects from the start! and have to spend a whole year on them. Do all university follow the same rules in england that if you failed subject from the second year of uni you will have to re-take them and be capped at 40 percent?
does anyone know a way around this?i had some mitigating circumstance but i can not disclose them fr personal reasons.(i had so much problem that i had mid life kinda break down so much, so tht i took pyschological sessions with my psychologist but he’s gone somewhere and cnt get hold of him and knw i cnt even prove to the uni what i have gne through as they demand proof!”
i’m jsut really confused any help will be appreciated

If the university is giving you that much trouble then I suggest transferring, if possible.
