I’m looking for a good school that accepts IB score of 28?

Hi, As I stated above I’m looking for a good university that accepts students who have score of 28. I’m interested in 2 majors and am willing to study either of them.

Universities can be either in UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria or in any country that has option of taking classes in English.

I’d appreciate it if you took my question seriously,
