I dont quite get your question. What you need to do is get atleast a Master degree. I have never hear of industrial chemistry though. You can either go the Chemical Engineering route and get a Masters or you can go the Physcial or Organic Chemistry route. Many instituitons in the US offer Masters and PhDs in these fields.
