I like education so much. But I can’t afford my college fees, what can I do? Please help!?

If you were me, what could you have done in that case?

First, talk to someone in your school’s financial aid office. See if there is some type of loan you might be eligible for that you are not now using. The next place to go is to your student employment center. See if you can’t get some kind of work that would let you pay the fees. Then talk to your professors and see if either they have any kind of work they can pay you for or if they know of any independent scholarships in your field for which you might be eligible. We (I’m a professor) want to keep the students who really like education, so if we know of anything, we are more than willing to help. I had a student in your situation last year who ended up getting an extra $10,000 to get her through her senior year just because she was the most eligible applicant for a scholarship we gave out.

Pity you are not in australia. If you were the Government would let you defer your fees and not have to pay them back until you got a job earning at least $40.000 per annum. neat eh. This way the Australian Government ensues everyone who wants can get an education. Most higher education is Government run with only a few private universities. I am studying for my BA of Asian studies with a second Major in History and I havent paid a cent. If i dont get a job earnng that amount of money I dont pay it back. Australia really is the ‘lucky country”.

You should definitely go talk to the financial advisor at your school. You should also apply for loans and scholarships. I did a quick google search for scholarships and that scholarships.com site looks like it could be helpful. Ask anyone you can for help and if they know about scholarships or other ways of getting financial aid. Also, there are almost always jobs for students on campus, so check out your student service center or ask your financial advisor and they should be able to point you in the direction of getting a job on campus! 🙂 Don’t give up, you’ll find a way to pay for college! Good luck!

get off your butt get a job and work for what you want. If nothing else go in the air force and take the field you like and let them pay you to learn and then your college but YOU do it and work for it
