I am moving but the high school there is ….take A LOOK?

I AM A JUNIOR RITE NOW WITH A 3.93 GPA NON WEIGHTED WITH AP CLASSES, ETC…

UNFORTUNATELY, MY FAMILY IS MOVING AND NOT ONLY WILL I SEPARATE FROM MY LIFE LONG FRIENDS WHICH I WILL NOT GET TO GRADUATE WITH…BUT ALSO THE HIGH SCHOOL I AM GOING TO seems crappy!

I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MY HIGH RANK.. I AM IN THE TOP TEN RANK POSITION OF MY GRADUATING CLASS

WILL I HAVE TO START ALLOVER IN THIS NEW HIGH SCHOOL?? WHAT OF COLLEGe? WILL I HAVE TO SEND TWO TRANSCRIPTS???

will i also have to make up classes if that high school (different state) requires different certain amounts of courses to take to graduatE????

Well most HS requirments are generally about the same, so once you get there find out what they are and compare it to what you already took, and what you still need and sign up for those classes.

If you say the HS your moving to looks crappy, maybe that’s a good thing ( you could be #1 =) gotta look at things in good ways as well as bad.

You could also see if theres a local community college that allows HS students to take classes there and still graduate with a HS diploma. And as far as the college thing I’m not sure. You would have to talk to your guidence counsler.

And about the classes that are required. If you take certian classes they cold pan out to be credits for something else at your new school, so you may be well above what they require and could graduate early? well good luck in your new school just keep your head high, you’ll do good!!!

Unfortunately, you’re in a really bad situation; I wish your parents didn’t have to move. In your new school, you’ll get your GPA transferred over from your old school, so that will be okay, but your rank may drop or raise depending on the competition at your new school. Some schools require you make up required classes, but some will take an equivalent. It depends on the state and the school (which state?)

Is there some way you can stay where you are for another year? =/ It’s terrible to transfer senior year..
