It takes alot of training, depending on what kind of plane you want to fly. As far as I know there is no reason you can’t be trained in India.

Though its over 15 years ago; when I travelled through India – and I did so a lot – I was wondering about the “style” of flying of many civilian air pilots. Indian people told me that most pilots were trained as airforce fighter pilots in England – hence their somewhat rough style of flying civilian aircrafts.

Well if you put on your application that you want to learn how to crash into buildings I don’t think they would train you.
However, if you have the money, it shouldn’t matter.
On top of that you might want to try the Indian Air Force and see what you need to become a real master?

i dont think bachelors degree is enough to fully sit down at a plane and fly it, maybe some more practice or flying school
