You may be surprised, but your diet and exercise program have a lot to do with motivation and self-discipline.
Try this and see if it works for you…
Start eating a healthier diet and incorporating moderate exercise into your daily routine. Gradually incorporate more healthy habits (drinking lots of water, going to bed and getting up on time, watching fewer hours of TV, etc). Then, when you’ve gotten into a routine, start incorporating regular study time and working for your audition.
You’ll be amazed how your focus and drive will be greatly enhanced. Feeling healthy lends itself to healthy habits.

What works for me is making lists of things I HAVE to accomplish every day, like setting yourself mini-goals. And when you finish something on your list, you can put a line through it, cross it off your list. Finish the things on your list, and THEN pack, nap, watch TV….
