How many years of college/graduate school do you need to get a PhD (Psychologist)?
On average please, just wondering, don’t know if I will take this path.

under grad – 4 years
Grad school MS – 2 years
Grad School in an APA Ph.D. program – 3-4 years
Path two
under grad – 4 years
Grad school in a Psy.D. APA program 5-6 years
APA is American Psychological Association and they accredit graduate programs in psychology.

4 for bachelors. and either 2 more for masters or some univesrity programs will accept right after college for another 3-4.
