How long does it typically take a college graduate to find a job after graduation?
Favorite Answer
Now this depends on what you majored in and what level of experience you have (i.e. part-time jobs, internships). High demand areas such as nursing, computer science and engineering will actually allow you a lot of choices, even offers before you even graduate. Non-marketable degree areas, however, this is not the case. you may find a very difficult time finding a career option; you can easily find a ‘job’ however, such as being a waiter or cashier somewhere (and in fact ,many do this).
It also depends on your flexibility to relocate. if you’re hell-bent on staying where you are then you’re severely limiting your career options.
