Harvard and Princeton…No More Early Decision?

I was just wondering…Is it true that Harvard and Princeton no longer accept early applications? I was reading articles saying that they do not accept early decision applications. Does that mean that they do accept early “action” applications? I am really confused and would just like some clarification on this matter.

By the way, I will not be applying to either of these schools until next year (2008-2009 school year). I am a junior. So, there is still time…

There is no more early decision or early action at those universities since it only benefited rich white people, who had the time, money and resources to apply that early. Very few underrepresented groups applied during that period.

They are trying to make it fair by making everyone apply at the same time and compete in that application pool than having a special time for a small specific group to apply then everyone else to apply.

that sounds like the conventional determination time cut back. It states that judgements would be despatched out in early April, that’s the conventional determination notification date. As I bear in mind, whilst i replaced into utilising to Ivy faculties (i did no longer be conscious to Harvard), the conventional determination utility cut-off dates have been in January. besides the undeniable fact that, touch the Admissions workplace to be certain.
