Draft and post a memo to upper management?
Detailing the benefits available to employees in the position focused on in your final project.
1) Be sure to include health insurance, time off, retirement/savings plan, and one other work/life benefit.
2) Explain to management the primary strategic consideration involved in managing the proposed benefits program.
3) Identify an additional strategic consideration related specifically to one of the benefits in your proposed program.
I do not need any one to do this for me. I just need someone to help me get on track. Like how should I start this? Is there a program in Word that is already set up? Mainly what is the format for a memo and how many words should it be?
