since it’s the holiday season–does your city have a meals on wheel type program where they deliver food to elderly people or shut ins?

what about doing a clothing or canned food drive for the homeless or even a toiletries drive (collect shampoo, soaps, lotions–especially from people who travel alot and take the freebies from the hotels)—can donate those to homeless shelters or even domestic abuse shelters

can also “adopt a famiy”—find needy families in your neighborhood and find out what they need most (groceries, school supplies, toys for the kids)…can do fundraisers to raise money and ask businesses to donate stuff—maybe find other college bound students who need community service hours and partner up with them

if you don’t have these types of projects going on in your community, it might look good for you if you actually start something up
