Do you think I have a chance at GMU, JMU, or UMD (college park) HELP???????
I am a senior with 3.114. My SAT score is 1550: 540 in readint, 540 in writing, and 480 in math. I am planning to take it again and get around 1800. I am also going to do counity service hours. I am currently taking 3 AP classes. I want to recieve a bachelors in Business. What can I do to up my chances.

The Smith School at U of MD has the highest GPA and SAT scores of any college in the university — and your SATs are several hundred points below the average. Yuo have a better shot at JMU and GMU.
