To have a complete science curriculum, you do need to take physics, along with biology, chemistry and some advance math courses like stats and calculus. I hope it helps you.
I had a bachelors in science from high school. It was not recognized in the US. However, when I took biology in College I had the same book…so I retook my class all over, just for bureaucracy of the university…

HELL NO!!!!!! YOU DON’T EVEN NEED TO MAJOR IN PHYSICS IN COLLEGE TO BECOME A DOCTOR. You really don’t have to take it at all. As long as get the prerequisites for Pre Med, your good to go. You can get a major in anything you want granted that getting a science degree helps you understand a litte more than a none science person, when you get into med school.

Uh, dont think so.. I don’t really see how physics fits in with the work of a clinic or family doctor. Surgeon, you would probably need it. You need to take biology and possibly chemistry.

To get into medical sciences, you must take EVERY form of science. At least in Canadian education, you do. I had to take all three (bio, chem, phys) to get into veterinary. You should refer to your preferred post-secondary education to find out what courses you should take to get into a particular field.
