Do I ‘ve to take Chemistry if I want to study Mech/Electrical/Computing?
My current A-level subjects include Maths & Physics, do I ‘ve to take Chem, if I want to study any of the courses listed above? Don’t the Unis offer foundation courses where required?

Most universities will not require it – maths, physics, and any other subject will be good enough. For computing, at a lot of schools, you might not even need physics. Check the web sites for those departments universities you might want to attend and see what they require. There might be one or two that do require or prefer chemistry, and if you do want to attend one of them, it would be good not to shoot yourself in the foot now.
If you take the wrong A-levels, you generally can make up for it by taking a foundation course, but that means an extra year in university.

If you are talking about Mech/Electrical/Computing engineering, then any decent school will require at least Chem 1. If not, it’ll just depend on the particular school.
