Could I get into Harvard Law School?
My family and I moved to a new state and new school. I had a bad attitude about it and wasn’t going to do my best my freshman year. Well I ended up loving the school and I made the soccer team, I coached one also and I made the cheerleading squad. I also got a scholorship for a speech contest. But I didn’t manage a 4.0. I did however, have @ LEAST a 2.0 all freshman year. It changed my attitude completly around. I was wondering if I stayed with cheer and soccer and got a 4.0 the rest of HS and high SAT scores, do you think I could get in?
Thank you for all your help.

You go to Law School after college, an they don’t care what you did in high school. So, yes, you could make it.

Law School is for people who already have their bachelors degree, so first you would have to attend Harvard College or any University and get a bachelors in anything really (English and Mathematics seem to be very popular for Law school apps) and then take the LSAT and if you have a high college GPA and high LSAT scores than you could probably get admitted. And being completely honest unless it’s going to be your sophomore year in high school and you maintain a 4.0+/2300+ SAT/700+ on each SAT 2 and you take all AP/IB courses offered by your school, you really don’t have a chance of getting admitted into Harvard College. Even if you are a minority and if your family is really low income, Harvard is just way too competitive.
