Go to additional details and tell me which state you live in.

If your grades aren’t ridiculously bad then you can probably go to your state school and qualify for financial aid of some sort. Since your SAT scores are average, you would probably be accepted at your state school. And if you cannot afford it, like I said, you could qualify for a grant (or a loan, but try to avoid loans).

If you don’t get accepted to a state four year college, then you can always go to a community college for a year or two and get your grades up. Many people have started at community colleges and gone on to work in very successful jobs. Once you get your grades up at a community college, you can matriculate a four year state college.

you’re particularly reducing it close as far as scholarship funds. It relies upon on once you deliver in purposes… yet you need to have the skill to get some stable funds for exhibiting significant progression and dedication! i think of that it incredibly is a hundred% achievable so which you will get all As! With AP classes, you could desire to do the artwork on your person a lot, and majority of the grades are in keeping with try rankings. set aside a time table now, which you comprehend you could persist with! With a stable artwork attempt, i think of you would be high-quality! With colleges – look into state colleges if funds is inflicting any problems! and if those are too costly. look into any community community colleges. they’re a lot extra low value, and that they might grant scholarships in case you circulate to a different college! in basic terms shop working complicated. in case you put in an honest attempt, you will maximum particularly be rewarded! stable success!

What state are you from? Try to apply at State colleges as they tend to be cheaper and have a wider range of who they accept. As long as you were in a club or two and can write a killer personal statement you should be set. It’s a bit late to apply for financial aid if you want to enroll for September.

Your other option is going to community college and applying for financial aid and LOTS of loans. If you’re 18 or older you can apply for Section 8 where the state pays your rent.

My advice is to just go for it and apply. There are plenty of 4 yr colleges that accept new students with lower grades, because lets face it, not everyone gets great grades! Go look on the site: http://apps.collegeboard.com/search/adv_typeofschool.jsp

There you will be able to look for colleges sat/act score requirements, average acceptance rate, and other facts that can help you find your perfect college 🙂 Good luck!

Find some reliable people to share an apartment close to a bus route that takes you to a part-time job and community college classes. When job searching look for companies that help pay for higher education.

You may have to go the junior college route.
