Could someone get into college with good grades in honors classes but with minimal extracurriculars?

Yes you can get into college with just good grades. It is only the very best colleges where you would also need more extracurriculars. Think about what your major will be and then find the college that has the best program in that field. Your high school counselor should be able to help you make the selection. It is also possible that you can still get in some additional activities that will help your application to college.

Depends what college.
Some colleges put more emphasis on extracurricular than others. But over all, they’re very good to have. They show colleges that your an active member of your community, so it would probably be a good idea to have something to put down on the applications.
Maybe you should work with helping hands or play in your community softball league, or even get involved in your community play house.

I think it depends on your gpa, what you mean by “minimal extracurriculars” and where you are applying to for college. However, colleges do consider the gpa as important as extra curriculars, so I would reccomend finding something that interests you and go for it.

It would depend on the College/University you are applying for. And i don’t know how much they value these exttracurriculars. But I do think being well-rounded is a sure plus in any application. 🙂
