Yes, you can, but know that this is all economics classes, not like a business degree. A minor has nothing to do with an associates degree. An associates degree is a two-year degree you get at a community college. A minor is a sequence of courses you take in a subject matter, usually much of it upper division (junior and senior level), but not as much as you would take if you had a major in that subject.
