hi my girlfreind has some tasks to do with access and excel and she is not very good withthem and was wondering is there anyone out there that knows this stuff well that could help her?

Be specific in your question beause there are many tasks that can be performed using access and excel. Better go through some good books before you start your work.

Since you have not mentioned the kind/type of problem that you need help on, I am going to assume that you want general overview on the most commonly used features of Excel and Access. Here are some ideas:
The “Help” menu in these applications is a pretty handy and useful tool to ask for help on tasks. Also, you folks can use the Office Assistant feature that helps you with the same.
www.microsoft.com is a wonderful source to know smart tips on using Microsoft Applications, just navigate to the associated webpages (pertaining to these two applications) and you can find plenty of resources on it.
Your town’s/city’s public library would have umpteen resources that can help you get around with a problem.
Based on what you reveal, it would be good to have a book/resource handy with you if you have not had exposure to these applications and REALLY need to get tasks done.
