Can I improve my LSAT score by 30 points?
I took my diagnostic exam last week and my score was horrific. I had never seen the exam before, and I haven’t studied for it at all. I am hoping that’s why my score was so low. I am a smart girl, I was just blown away by the timing and some of the trickery!
I am now enrolled in a prep course, I’ve ordered plenty of LSAC practice tests, and I have other books to help.
I am hoping with practice that I can go up about 30 points. Is that insane to even think? Anyone else have any success stories after lots of hard work and studying?

Yes, it is possible. It depends mainly on how long you have to study and the amount of hours you put in. But the lower you start the easier it is to raise. Like if you had a 120 it would be easier to raise it to a 150 than to raise a 145 to a 175. Nearly all books have strategies for timing & they deal with the ways LSAT writers try to trick you. No one does as good as they want on their first test. Don’t Worry! It will only make things go worse. (I read your other question and the guy who is bitter about living with his parents is insane, if you at all interested in anything besides money in law then go for it!)
