Can i get into Oxbridge (or any top uni with these grades? GCSE?

I know they dont always take into account the GCSE results but still wondering if the grades are worth even thinking about joining the Russell Group Cluby thing ast school.

4 A* 2 A 6B

Does being working class, male, go to a state school and being white help for admissions as this group are rare to unis (not meaning to be racist if anyone is thinking that. Just a statement but you’ve got to be careful). Thanks in advance.

4 A* are fabulous mate! They will surely get you in Oxbridge. If you are worried with the 6 Bs, it doesn’t matter because at least you didn’t get any Cs. And with 12 GCSEs you’d probably have a slight advantage as most year 11s only take 8 or 9 and even less than that! Just be sure Oxbridge suits you best because there are other prestigious universities out there that are also as good as Oxbridge in terms of quality of teaching and research.

Your difficulty is that all and sundry employing to Oxford or Cambridge (yet observe – to no longer the two considered one of them) could have good A grade effects, such as you (in any different case ignore it), for this reason as a typical decrease, some colleges eliminates the backside applicants in accordance with their GCSE grades. See in case you may get any interior concepts by way of your college on which colleges are infamous for doing this, and evade them. history would not count number. Being adaptable and open-minded does count number. in case you return throughout the time of on your application, or at your interview in case you get one, as a stereotypical inverted snob who won’t get on nicely with the two in a position pupils from greater privileged backgrounds, then you definately are sunk. So think of approximately that heavily, and strong luck.
